2.2 Service Availability

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to the following responsibilities:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANONLINK TECHNOLOGIES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

7.3 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for the content of external websites accessed through our Service. Users access third-party content at their own risk.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed $100 USD.

You may stop using our Service at any time. Since we don't store personal accounts, simply discontinuing use constitutes termination.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our Service.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
